The Wyoming State Bar Foundation presents

THE IOLTA HONOR ROLL

Wyoming attorneys and law firms can help advance access to justice in Wyoming by establishing and maintaining their Interest On Lawyers Trust Accounts (IOLTAs) at financial institutions that commit to offering favorable interest rate treatment on IOLTAs, waive routine service charges, and support civil legal aid and legal education to low-income Wyoming citizens.

The Wyoming State Bar Foundation gratefully acknowledges the following financial institutions:

• GOLD LEVEL LEADERSHIP FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS Annual net yield 1.5% or higher AND deposit rate tied to a recognized market indicator*

* Gold level financial institutions set a floor annual net yield at 1.5% or higher and tie the interest rates on IOLTAs to a recognized market indicator less an established number of basis points. For example, a Gold level financial institution might tie at 50 or 100 basis points less than the Federal Funds Rate.
