The federal Legal Services Corporation, which was Wyoming Legal Services’ primary funding source, terminated the federal funding to WLS in the fall of 2008, forcing WLS to close its doors. Consequently, the 2009 IOLTA grant was awarded in 2008, but funds were not disbursed in 2009. |
